Marc Rakas, President
Marc has been actively involved in marketing and advertising in Michigan for over 25 years. A graduate of Michigan State University, his advertising background includes sales, media buying, with an emphasis in healthcare marketing and education, and B2B marketing.
Under his direction and guidance, Fahrenheit has developed a successful business-building program called Strategic Positioning. Strategic Positioning provides clear focus to business plans, helps clients prioritize objectives and maximize limited resources.
Marc has the rare ability to take on complex projects under tight deadlines and craft a finely tuned communications program.
Married for 22 years to the incredible Deb, Marc enjoys watching their children participate in sports and considers himself lucky to have spent an enormous amount of quality time with her and them on their travels.
On his free weekends, he can be found cooking in the kitchen or bar-b-queing on the deck in his backyard roasting up a feast for family, friends, and neighbors.
In his spare time, Marc is a voracious reader of books, magazines and newspapers. He still finds Mark Twain insightful and funny. He's picky about movies but loves quirky and the Marx brothers. He also likes listening to music and is currently amused by the clever songwriting of John Prine.
